How this is built. Venue, city and state are read out of each concert entry rather than stored separately, so the count reflects what could be parsed with confidence. 32 concerts name a town but no venue, and 84 are written as prose that can’t be split reliably — those are left out here rather than guessed at. They are all still on the year pages.
